The Students for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is a club on campus that aims to educate the campus community on topics surrounding animal welfare, while promoting a cruelty-free life for all animals. To raise awareness and increase compassion, we advocate through tabling demonstrations, programs, and meeting discussions. Issues we touch upon include, but are not limited to: food and dairy production, cosmetic/fashion alternatives, dog/horse racing, abuse/neglect, current legislation/policy, endangered species, zoos/circus, and scientific testing.
